Finally made some cupcakes this week... It would be rude not to, it is national cupcake week...
We wanted to make something with the passion fruit curd... We thought the lemon cupcakes were a nice contrasting flavour... Yum!

First blackberry and lemon jam, the blackberries were hand picked in a friends overgrown garden...
Next strawberry and lime jam... Love how refreshing this jam is...
